AP govt to pay March salary to employees in two instalments

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday held a meeting with leaders of employees’ unions over payment of March month salary in two instalments due to the economic impact caused because of coronavirus lockdown. The employees’ unions have agreed to the chief minister’s proposal. The next instalment of salary will be paid to employees in April month, an employee union leader, Suryanarayana said, who attended the meeting. According to information, the state government is contemplating salary cuts to people's representatives.
