AP High Court stays Jagan govt over Amaravati lands
Andhra Pradesh High Court has given stay order over the YSRCP government which released a GO to allocate lands of the state capital region meant for the poor people of other regions. The said development took place after the farmers of the state capital region approached the High Court. The lawyers of the farmers have also argued in the court stating that the Amaravati lands should be distributed to the poor people of this region only and they have mentioned the rules mentioned in the CRDA act.
