CM YS Jagan Press Meet on Coronavirus- Janata Curfew
Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has congratulated the village volunteers, medical assistants of grama secretariat, Asha workers, all officials of the Health Department, Collectors and other officials for doing wonderful jobs so far. In a Press Meet, the chief minister, while reacting on the impact of the coronavirus, has expressed satisfaction that AP is quite in a comfortable position when compared with other states. The chief minister while reacting over the government's move towards the foreign returnees, has disclosed the steps that are likely to be taken in the coming days. CM YS Jagan said already the government has announced the closure of schools, colleges, universities, malls, theatres, recreation centers, and other such places till March 31st. He said SSC and Intermediate examinations will be held. AP CM has announced the closure of non-essential commercial shops like gold and clothing etc. CM Jagan has requested all the foreign returnees to remain in the house quarantine for a period of 14 days. While announcing the lockdown of the state up to March 31st, the chief minister said the next course of action will be taken after month ending while reviewing the factors of the state and the entire nation.
