CM Jagan orders Gowtham Sawang to probe on alleged EC Ramesh Kumar's letter

AMARAVATI: Andhra Prades Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy asked the DGP Gowtham Sawang to investigate the alleged letter from State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar to Union Home Secretary asking to provide security to him and his family. According to the sources, AP CM YS Jagan conducted a high-level meeting with DGP Gowtham Sawang and Intelligence DG Manish Kumar and few others and asked to probe on the matter. Earlier, a letter circulated in media alleging that SEC Ramesh Kumar wrote a letter to Union Home Secretary requesting to provide security for him after the postponement of local body elections. However, SEC Ramesh Kumar dismissed the news that he wrote a letter requesting the security. Click the video for more information.
