State will loss Rs 5000 crore after postponement of local body polls, says CM YS Jagan
AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy expressed dismay over the postponement of the local body polls in the state and asserted that it will make the state to face the loss of Rs 5000 crores. Addressing the media conference, CM YS Jagan said that everyone should think that it is necessary to complete the elections at the end of the March. He added that if the state completes the election before the end of the month then the state will get an amount of Rs 5000 crores from 14th Financial Commission. YS Jagan added that we can utilise the Rs 5,000 crore funds for the development of the state. He questioned why opposition party plotting strategies to postpone the elections which shows the impact on the development of the state.
