YS Vivekananda Reddy case: Hearing adjourned till Monday
The investigation process of the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy has been witnessing a lot of twists and turns. The advocate general representing the state government said that the investigation process is going on in a smooth manner and ruled out the interference of the CBI. On the other hand, the wife Sowbhagyamma and daughter Sunitha of late Vivekananda Reddy have alleged that they have no trust in the investigation process of the local police and demanded the CBI probe. The High Court after hearing the arguments from both sides has postponed to further hearing on Feb 24. It remains to be seen whether the High court grants permission to hand over the case to CBI or not.
