Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan wrote a letter to his lone party MLA Rapaka Vara Prasada Rao to oppose scrapping of CRDA and decentralisation of development bills in the Assembly. He also directed the MLA to vote against the bills. According to sources, Rapaka is maintaining distance from the party leadership and on several occasions, he openly praised Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s policy decisions like the introduction of English medium in government schools. One has to wait and see as to whether Rapaka will vote against the bills or not.
