AP cabinet discusses scrapping CRDA, decentraliation of development bills

The cabinet meeting began under the chairmanship of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday. The meeting’s main agenda is discussing on the recommendations of the High Power Committee, scrapping of CRDA and replacing with the AMRDA, setting up four Regional Development Boards in the State and decentralisation of development, rendering justice to farmers of Amaravati and establishing Pulivendula Urban Development Authority. Insider trading in Amaravati has come up as a table item in the cabinet. Later, the BAC meeting will be convened.
