AP Assembly will discuss Decentralisation Act: Chief Whip; AMRDA to replace CRDA
Government Chief Whip G Srikanth Reddy said all regions in Andhra Pradesh will develop with the decentralisation of capital. He slammed the opposition for giving ‘Chalo Assembly’ call and instigating farmers to attack convoys of ministers. Srikanth Reddy has found fault with the then TDP government for not setting up the High Court in Rayalaseema region. He made it clear that the Decentralisation Act will come up for discussion in the Assembly. Meanwhile, the AP government is planning to set up the Amaravati Metropolitan Region Development Authority (AMRDA) in place of CRDA.
