AP Govt Political Strategy Behind Capital Amaravati Change Issue

Andhra Pradesh government led by CM YS Jagan is learned to have taken a firm decision on shifting of the state capital issue. Even though the tension has been built up amid the protests of the Amaravati farmers for the last 33 days, the state government has decided to go ahead. According to the reports, the Jagan Mohan Reddy's government has decided to place the Bill of 'AP decentralized and equal development regions act' in the state assembly. On the other hand, the JAC and the opposition parties have decided to launch the 'Chalo Assembly' protest against the move of the state government. According to the insider reports, the state government is likely to implement the suggestions of the GN Rao committee to form the four zones with Commissionarate of each region taking care of all the issues of the respective regions.
