High Court questions AP Police over behaviour with Amaravati farmers

AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh High Court on Friday questioned AP police behaviour with Amaravati farmers. According to the sources, the High Court questioned AP police why they arrested 610 farmers who were on a rally in Vijayawada and asked why they asked to show their ID cards. It is also learnt that HC justice asked the explanation from police over lathi-charge on women farmers. High Court asked police what is the need of doing march fast across capital villages?
