India vs West Indies: Kohli 25 runs away to achieve this milestone
08-12-2019 Sun 13:41
Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli is 25 runs away from becoming the first Indian to achieve a massive T20I milestone. India captain is on the verge of this record on Sunday as the ‘Men in Blue’ will play against the West Indies in the second T20I, being played at Thiruvananthapuram. Kohli has so far scored 975 runs in the shortest format at home. If he scores 25 runs more, he would become the first Indian cricketer to complete 1000 runs in the shortest format of the game at home. Kohli will be the third player in history after New Zealand’s Martin Guptill and Colin Munro, who scored 1430 and 1000 runs respectively.
