Eye Witness Shares About Kachiguda MMTC Incident
A MMTS train and an intercity express train had a head-on collision between Kacheguda-Malakpet railway stations in Hyderabad. An eyewitness shared about the accident to a media channel. He told that intercity train stops before Kacheguda railway station for a signal everyday. Later a local train came and went away. Intercity train got its signal and it started but later MMTS train arrived and crashed into the train.
He added that he went to see the loco-pilot of MMTS train, Chandrashekar and the pilot told that he was fine, helped a couple of people who were injured. He said that intercity train comes on single track so, it was on speed but MMTS was coming slowly. He told that the rescue operations to save the loco pilot are going on a very slow pace.
