Suspense remains over Rama, Ravana roles in 1500 crore project 'Ramayana'
The Ramayana, which is touted to be the most expensive Telugu film made with a budget of Rs 1500 crores, is in the pre-production stage. The three-part Ramayana will be produced by Ram Charan's uncle Allu Aravind, who is co-producing the film with Bollywood producer Madhu Mantena and Namith Malhotra, the founder of Prime Focus Studios. The prestigious project will be co-directed by Nitesh Tiwari (Dangal fame) and Ravi Udyawar (MOM fame). The film will be simultaneously made in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. According to the reports, the names of Ram Charan as Ram and Jr NTR as Ravana are making the news.
