Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has ordered demolition of a government building i.e 'Praja Vedika' on a riverbed at Undavalli, in the state capital region constructed during the tenure of his predecessor N Chandrababu Naidu, saying it was built in violation of rules and involved corruption. Chief Minister YS Jagan has cited five facts which were overruled by the previous government. These are the River Conservation Act, that was overruled. Others are overruling of Lokayukta recommendations, violation of Environment Protection Act, National Green Tribunal orders, Master Plan and building by-laws. Watch Journalist program on this issue.
