Arun Jaitley hits out at Chandrababu, Mamatha for withdrawing consent for CBI

Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal governments have withdrawn the general consent provided to the CBI for conducting raids and probes in the states, it is well known. Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has hit out at both these state governments alleging that preventing the operation of CBI in the states is an indication that these governments have been shielding the corruption taking place in the states. The Union Finance has made these comments in an interview with a national media channel. He has alleged that both Chandrababu Naidu and Mamata Banerjee are threat to the federal structure of the country.
