H-1B visas: Trump administration proposes major changes
The US administration led by Donald Trump is likely to revise the definition of employment and specialty occupations under the H-1B visas by January 2019. The US administration led by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is planning to come out with new proposals which will have an adverse impact on the functioning of Indian IT companies in the US. The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows US companies to employ foreign workers mainly India and China. Watch the video for more insight.
