Manifesto of the all-parties, Mahakutami will be released soon, said Congress Election Planning Committee chairman, Bhatti Vikramarka. He said that it is going to be people's agenda. It will reflect the wishes of the people in all ways, he said. The manifesto will include programmes for improving the budget of the state as well as provide for all welfare measures. It will aim at improving the living standards of the people, he said. Meanwhile, Inti Party of the Communist Party of India (CPI) also joined the allies, at their meeting in Golconda Hotel.
