In this regard, US President Donald Trump has signed on the bill of date extension. The EB-5 visa is granted to foreigners, who are willing to invest Rs 7.2 crore in the USA. In some states, foreign nationals are granted EB-5 visas if they can invest only Rs 3.6 crore. Every year, 10,000 quota is fixed for EB-5 visas. For the first time, Indians are likely to utilise the full quota as the US government is imposing restrictions on H-1B visa.
