Kids love variety in food. They are adventurous in taste and try out all kinds of stuff, without a thought for nutritional values. It is boring to eat the same stuff daily. At the same time, it is difficult to prepare variety dishes often. Researchers of Ohio University have struck upon a plan to make healthy food taste better, for anyone including kids. Simply change the method of eating. They experimented on this and were successful. A select group was made to eat popcorn with chop sticks. For a change they found that it tasted better!
