Serena Williams' penalties at US Open final sparks outrage
There is growing outrage surrounding an umpire's controversial calls against Serena Williams at the US Open final. The penalties are now being called sexist. Serena lost to Osaka in straight sets 6-2, 6-4. Serena said that a lot of men Tennis players where not penalised when they questioned the Umpire’s decisions. Former Tennis player Billie Jean King tweeted when a woman is emotional, she is hysterical and penalised for it. When a man does the same, he is outspoken and there are repercussions.
