Congress ex-Member of Parliament (MP), Sarve Satyanarayana, clarified on speculated tie-up between the Congress and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Telangana. Chandrababu has given a full fledged chief minister for us, he said. He slammed KCR as a only a 'caretaker' Chief Minister (CM), who will lose and go home. Appearing positive about the tie-up between both the parties, Sarve said that they have all winning candidates. Meanwhile, Telangana TDP chief, L. Ramana will be meeting Telangana Congress chief, Uttam Kumar Reddy.
