Communist Party of India (CPI) national general secretary, Narayana flayed Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi for promising to get back black money through demonitisation and failed. At a meeting in Tirupati, Narayana said that an All-India Agricultue workers meeting will be held in December. He said that demonetisation is a plan to make black money into white. Even according to the latest Reserve Bank of India (RBI) report, at least 99 per cent of the banned notes have been recovered, which means nearly Rs. 5 to 6 lakh crores of black money, he said.
