Kerala Floods: Anchor Suma reminds her home town
Heavy flooding in Kerala state has disrupted the activities of the state people. More than one million people have been displaced and are recovering in relief camps after several dams were overrun by torrential rains. Though the impact of the rains has subsided, yet the relief measures have been continuing. Anchor Suma, the native of Palakkad in Kerala, while interacting with a media channel has shared the differences between the construction design of the houses from the old days to present days. She has also shared how the houses built near the rivers and sea sources have been affected.
