AP Planning Comm. official, Kutumba Rao alleges Essar Oil scam
Andhra Pradesh (AP) Planning Commission deputy chairman, Kutumba Rao revealed that a major scam has taken place in the sale of debt-ridden Essar Oil. The company that was valued at Rs. 3,500 crore in 2016 was sold for Rs. 7,500 crore, which shows a vast rise in value. The company was bought by Rosneft company, while its equity was bought by a Khattar company. This was in turn bought by a China company. At the same time, why did Modi visit China, demanded Kutumba Rao.
