Pakistan has submitted its second counter before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) with regard to the case of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, said the Pakistan Embassy officials in Hague. On January 23rd, The International Court of Justice gave directions to both the countries to present their arguments in Jadhav case. India has filed its argument on April 17th which was countered by PAK now. The Indian authorities have appealed to International Court of Justice to put stay on the death verdict and the ICJ reacted positively and stayed the death verdict on Jadhav.
