In the wake of people preferring organic vegetables, fruits and ingredients to prepare meals, hotels are serving food prepared from organic items. Lots of working couples and families, who have no time to cook but want safe and healthy food, are thronging these hotels. They do not mind the slightly high price. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes like Natu kodi and fresh water fish are being served. Some hotel owners said that they are growing their own organic vegetables and using them in their hotels.
