AI plane turns into restaurant on NH1
An idle Airbus A320 plane of Air India has turned into a restaurant, serving customers inside the plane. The plane, now named Runway 1, has been parked on National Highway 1, on the Ambala-Kurukshetra stretch. It is owned by a Shahbad-based business family and parked in a one-and-a-half acre plot. The customers need to collect the 'boarding pass' at the reception below, to have their meals in the restaurant. The visitors are allowed to have a look of the cabine of the model aircraft. The restaurant staff are dressed as the crew in an aircraft.
