Focus: CM Siddaramaiah freezes BJP in Karnataka
Congress leader and Chief Minister (CM) of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah, seemed to have an upperhand in the ensuing Assembly polls in the state. A dutch analytical firm, ADR, revealed in a report that the people of Karnataka are showing keen interest in retaining Siddaramaiah government, as they are contended with his welfare programmes. Buoyed by such reports, the CM has dismissed, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Yedduriyappa as small fry and has taken on bigwigs like Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi and Amit Shah.
