Andhra Pradesh (AP) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Addepalli Sridhar resigned from the primary membership of the party. He said that he resigned because the Centre has not fulfilled the promises made during the division of the state. He also expressed dissatisfaction over Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi's attitude towards the state. Adepalli had been supporting BJP's stand in the media for the past two years, regarding Special Category Status to AP and other issues. He said that he will dedicate his services towards the welfare of the people.
