As the demand for special status over special package issue has turned into a burning topic in the Andhra Pradesh state, the protests have been intensified in Delhi by State MPs. The Andhra Intellectuals Forum president Chalasani Srinivas has urged the 35 MPs of the state not to react to some groups and other parties who have been demanding resignation from them. Making satirical comments against Rayapati and Kothapalli Geetha on their stance towards the state, Chalasani has urged the MPs to stage a protest at the residence of PM Modi and prove their commitment towards the state.
