Telangana Joint Action Committee (JAC) chairman, Kodandaram, met Madiga Rashtra Porata Samithi (MRPS) chief, Manda Krishna Madiga and his party activists, in Chanchalguda jail in Hyderabad. They were arrested for protesting against the government indifference regarding reservations. About this, Kodandaram said that there is no scope for staging dharnas or organising protests in Hyderabad. The government, instead of resolving the problems faced by the people, has been arresting the protestors and sending them to jail, he said. He suggested that KCR should lead a delegation to Delhi to resolve the issue.
