Sasikala released on parole from Bengaluru Jail

AIADMK leader V K Sasikala, who has been facing jail terms in disproportionate assets case, was on Friday granted a five-day parole to meet her ailing husband Natarajan who recently underwent Kidney and Liver organs transplantation in Chennai. Jailed Sasikala had earlier submitted an emergency parole form enclosing a medical certificate of her ailing husband M Natarajan and appealed for 15 days parole. The Court has only considered 5 days parole and she was asked to attend the same without her interference in any political activities.
