Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendera Modi, two prominent economists NITI Aayog Vice-chairman Aravind Panagaria and former RBI governer Raghuram Rajan resigned from the posts which they held and went to their profession of teaching. Experts raising eyebrows over the decisons taken up by PM and are criticising over autocratic rule of the PM Modi. It is learnt that swadeshi lobby within the Sangh Parivar was not happy with working style of NITI Aayog and the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh was unhappy with the push for labour law reforms proposed by NITI Ayog. Experts said country's progress was stalled in terms of GDP while urging that the government failed in implementing economic reforms.
