KTR calls on Opposition parties too join hands in planting saplings

Minister KTR, who planted saplings in Botanical garden at Madhapur, called upon Opposition parties to stop criticising even good programmes and take part in planting saplings as a people's programme. Every institution and corporation is taking care of the plants that have grown, he said. He expressed joy that students and all officials took part in planting saplings. In Telangana alone about 45 crore saplings have been planted in the past three years, he said. The Forest Development Corporation has planted about 7,000 saplings.
