AP cabinet reshuffle on April 2; Nara Lokesh to take oath as MLC today
AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu reportedly to reshuffle his cabinet on April 2. According to reliable sources, Chandrababu had informed Governor Narasimhan about changes in the cabinet during pre-Ugadi celebrations held at Raja Bhavan in Hyderabad. Chandrababu likely to induct 8 to 10 new faces in the cabinet by removing five Ministers. Cabinet berths are confirmed to Nara Lokesh and Bhuma Akhila Priya. One berth fill will be filled under minority quota and probable candidates are MLC M A Shareef, MLAs Jaleel Khan and Chand Basha. MLC Somireddy and Kala Venkat Rao might get a chance to become Ministers despite several aspirants. Meanwhile, Nara Lokesh will take oath as MLC on Thursday.
