NBC-London attack is similar to recent low-tech terror attacks, say experts
The attack in London mirrors recent low-tech terror strikes—turning a vehicle into a battering ram followed by an armed assault. Experts say the style of guerilla terror attack is difficult to stop. In their propaganda, Islamic State and Al Qaeda were calling the exact type of terror attacks as it requires no bombs, no training and no sophisticated weapons or traceable chemicals. Guerilla style of the terror attack has been used at least 8 times since 2014. The deadly one was a truck driver killed 86 people at Nice, France in July 14, 2016.
