Minister Harish Rao and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader in Telangana Assembly, Kishan Reddy engaged in a verbal duel, over Opposition protests against Governor's speech. Kishan Reddy requested the government to withdraw the action against him, for protesting, as it is common. Referring to Maharashtra incident of suspending Congress members for two years from Assembly, he said that they had resorted to violence. But sitting in your place and protesting is not wrong, he said. However, after reply by Harish Rao, Kishan Reddy walked out.
