It's more trouble to liquor baron Vijay Mallya as a Delhi court today issued non-bailable warrant against defaulter businessman Vijay Mallya in a 2012 bounced cheque case. The court said that coercive steps were required to ensure his appearance and has ordered that Mallya be brought before it on Novermber 4. The Court directed that the non-bailable warrant be sent to him by Ministry of External Affairs as he is reportedly in London.
