CRDA allots lands to VIT, SRM in capital city Amaravati
The CRDA allocated lands to educational and health institutions in capital city Amaravati. The government allotted 200 acres to Vellore Institute of Technology, 150 acres to SRM and another 150 acres to Indo-UK institute. The VIT and SRM will begin classes from 2017-18 academic year. The CRDA told institute managements that they can purchase land at Rs 50 lakh per acre.
