Elaborate arrangements for TRS plenary on April 27th at Khammam

Elaborate arrangements are being made for Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) plenary that is going to be held on April 27th , at Khammam. As it is being held for the first time in Khammam, the district TRS organisers have taken it as a matter of prestige and are seeing to that nothing is amiss. All party leaders, including MPs, MLAs and district heads are expected to attend. The is going to be a 30-minute bursting of firecrackers at the end of the meet.
