2 youth brutally stripped, assaulted for theft in Mumbai

A video has emerged on a social media platform where in group of men stripped two youth and beat them mercilessly in a local train in Mumbai for allegedly stealing mobile phones. Later, victims were whipped on a local platform. But, the Railway police are not aware of the location, time and day on which the gruesome act was committed by a mob.
