The President's rule in Arunachal Pradesh is already under scrutiny. The Supreme Court has sought a detailed explanation why President's rule has been imposed and has asked the Centre to reply by Friday. The former Arunachal Chief Minister, Nabam Tuki maintained that truth never fails and that the Congress will be able to prove its majority in the Arunachal Pradesh Assembly despite facing an upheaval from rebelling party members.
