Aerial view of Chennai city from an helicopter deployed by Indian Air Force for rescue mission. Major parts of the city are inaccessible as they are water logged. There is no supply of power and drinking water in several residential areas in Chennai. The IAF choppers are dropping food packets and rescuing people stranded in their houses. Aeroplanes are docked at Chennai Airport and runway completely submerged.
