KCR failed to fulfil poll promises: TPCC chief Uttam
TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy exuded confidence of Congress win in Warangal by-election. He said that the Congress had lost in previous general elections because of anti-incumbency factor. Uttam said that election campaign by party national leaders in Warangal Parliamentary constituency would increase Congress winning chances in by-elections. He alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao did not fulfil poll promises made to Warangal people.
