Man torches his bike after traffic cops stop him

Hyderabad, October 4: A man set his bike ablaze after a traffic police stopped him and took his bike key for coming in wrong route. The incident took place in Ameerpet on Monday evening.
According to police, Ashok of Yellareddyguda is running a mobile shop in Annapurna Block at Mythrivanam, Ameerpet. On Monday evening, he took a U turn at Ameerpet metro station and tried to go into Annapurna Block. A traffic police stopped him for coming in wrong route and didn’t listened when Ashok told him that his shop is just opposite to that place.
Angry over this, Ashok went inside his shop, brought petrol in a bottle, poured on his bike and torched it. Ashok alleged that the police stopped him, who was taking a U turn, but they didn’t stopped an expensive car that was going in a wrong route.
Police took Ashok into custody and shifted him to SR Nagar police station.
