Uddhav Thackeray announces strict janta curfew in Maharashtra
Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has announced a strict 'janta curfew' in the state starting 8 pm on April 14. He said it will continue till 7 am on May 1 as the corona situation is out of control in the state. CM Uddhav Thackeray said due to the rising number of Covid-19 cases, the health facilities are beyond their control. He has appealed PM Modi to help the state immediately by sending the Oxygen cylinders. He has appealed people not to come outside of their houses unnecessarily. People can go out for emergency purposes, Maharashtra Chief Minister said. He has announced all the public and private offices to be closed until further orders.
